「I love the staff and their service is amazing」

「We had booked 3 rooms for attending a wedding. One of the rooms did not have hot water. In the evening we did not have power for 3 hours and the power backup failed. When we asked for a partial refund for our discomforts, they just gave some excuses. The room service persons to help with luggage are always missing.」

「Panism was amazing! The rooms were comfortable with tons of space - some of them had balconies, all had AC. There was a pool (I did not use), and a workout room as well as multiple terraces, including the kitchen where they served breakfast (included) and lunch/dinner if requested in advance. The staff was wonderful and we became friends over the course of my stay. They even helped me out of a small accident. They also rent bicycles/scooters/e-bikes. 「Property was okay amenities limited, dinning limited , classified as luxury boutique but was quite underwhelming in reality. Staff were great apart from being charged for early check in. 」

「The check in time is 2 pm but advertised as noon time. Room was not clean and ready upon arrival at 3 pm on 26th dec 2023. Only 1 towel was provided although had booked room for 2 guests. Hot water was not available for shower. Car parking area is very limited. Reception response was below par. Better options available close by in the vicinity such as Treebo hotels which gives much superior service at similar pricing. 」
