“The staff was exceptional. They were doing the best they could to keep up. Hotel was near sold out and it was obviously understaffed.
Grime everywhere, crumbs in carpet, broken floor tiles in bathroom, large stains on furniture and bedding. We moved a chair to play cards and there were hair products under it that had definitely been there for months, given all of the dust/hair/dirt on them.
There were teenage girls (approximately 14-15 years old) working... running towels and blankets to……
