「We enjoyed the pool area 」

「This is a beautifully presented resort within easy walking distance to amenities and everything Los Cristianos has to offer in the town and down by the bay. The gardens are wonderful, lovely pool layout with adjacent bar and restaurant. Reception were professional and the greeting was warm and genuine. 「Have written feedback directly to the hotel. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back! 」

「I left a black coat in the hotel lobby. I contacted the front desk shortly after, but they made little effort to help, said they couldn’t find it, and refused to check the CCTV. I suspect it may have been taken by staff. If you care about your belongings, I would not recommend staying here.」

「Long story short. One staff member with curly hair was rude and judgemental due to us being two young lads. We were asked to leave reception on the first day due to me slightly laying down on one of the sofas while we waited to go to the airport. We were asked by her to go outside, yet 2 females,( doing the exact same thing) were not asked to moved. However, totally left to themselves and not bothered at all.
