“感觉床单没洗没换”

“We really like staying at this property. The staff is always accommodating and we like the amenities. However, the amount of preteen and teenage children allowed to wonder the property unsupervised is getting ridiculous. The last two visits were not as enjoyable. The staff tries hard to control them but the parents and coaches need to do better. The kids were running around, kicking doors, playing tag in the hall and being disrespectful to the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff had to come……

“Was not familiar with this motel chain but reviews looked good so thought we’d give it a try. It surpassed our expectations and the reviews were spot on. The facilities were excellent and a real value for the price. We will definitely be looking for “My Place” hotels in our future travels.”

“Several issues. Rude staff (the curly brunette that repeatedly tried to enter my room inadvertently because of incorrect information from the front desk, impossible booking complications, and filthy floors as others have noted. Did I tell you they couldn’t even pull up my resi? I could go on. Reconsidering AC and even Expedia after this experience.”

“The pool was cold, there were a lot of screaming kids, the air conditioning didn't work, the TV didn't work. They said I could get a refund but that has yet to happen. It took them 3 days to return the deposit to me. Definitely wouldn't recommend”

“Property is in need of and in the middle of a remodel. Noise starts at 7:30 am, so don't plan on sleeping if you get the wrong location. Our room had not been remodelled and we were unable to sit at a table to do work because the living room type chair was so broken down I felt like a 4 year old sitting on a kitchen chair. It may become nice in a year or 2, it just isn't now.”

“absolutely fantastic place to stay! Not a roach in sight and no crumbling paint anywhere. Perfectly maintained very quiet. Perfect if you are there on business. Believe me it is worth the extra money! You are worth the extra money! They have a free breakfast buffet with eggs and sausage in the morning and they even have a bar open until midnight. It's such a beautiful place and I really like staying there when I'm in Kansas City.”
