"This is our 3rd stay. The only concern I have is that I have two charges for 277+ on my credit card and then the actual hotel stay for 188+ that I have the bill for. No ones credit card should be tied to charges like this. I will keep a check on my credit card to make sure the two 277+ charges get credited back or dispute them. "

"Embassy Suites is known for quality. The 2-room suite was clean and very comfortable. The atrium is tasteful with immense water features. We stayed during a period of severe t-storms and tornado watches, and felt very safe. Barely heard the thunder. The only thing of note was that the bar and grill was understaffed. The staff working was super hard working and trying their best. The servers were moving non-stop (shout out to our server Brenda who was excellent and kind). That said, the food...
