「The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.」

「Stay was excellent. The only complaint is the parking was expensive. Beware when driving a lot of one way streets and the area has a lot of homeless people. (To be clear not by the hotel but the downtown area where restaurants and shopping.) I would suggest anyone to stay at this hotel!」

「We chose the Hyatt House Dallas/Uptown because it advertised as walking distance to the American Airlines Center. It was PERFECT to be able to walk to the Center and back after a game. The room was quite large and the kitchenette came in handy. Breakfast was pretty good. Saturday's breakfast was GREAT with Tammy taking orders for customized waffles! We were bummed that the pool was closed, but all in all - a great hotel to stay at!」
