“It was clean and the front desk check-in and check-out staff were very nice. When I asked for a shuttle, the very nice front desk staff got yelled at by her manager (S—) right in front of me. I guess she radioed someone they don’t want driving. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing for her as well. Not very professional. Breakfast was fine except the milk was curdled and no pancake machine 😢. Luckily, I put it in my coffee and didn’t just drink it out of the carton. The bed was comfortable,……

“Room was clean, air conditioning was adequate, and there was little noise from other rooms, the staff was fine what little time I interacted with them, I happily made use of the stairs and the walkway most of the way around the building for exercise. Didn't pay for any breakfast, so comment of that.”

“Room decor was cold and dark. The carpeting was badly stained in a few areas. There was only 1 elevator, which was slow. The breakfast selections were plenty and not bad.”
