「We loved so many things about this spot! The included breakfast was excellent and the views from the property are stunning. Make sure to walk across the causeway to Clark Island for an easy hike. The onsite restaurant was also very good and especially convenient though Rockland is only ~20 minutes away. Free EV charging was a bonus! Only callout I would make is that we were woken up both nights ~2am due to loud guests in the hall - a surprise given the area is generally very quiet!」

「Linda, the owner, was gracious and very accommodating. The room we had was very sweet, and the adjourning bathroom was large and had everything you’d need. We woke up to a delicious breakfast of homemade blueberry muffins, fresh yogurt with cream and berries and a hard boiled egg. She made a lovely presentation and really delicious muffins! Highly recommend Clary Lake as a great place to stay in the area. 」

The place had everything you would possible need. Very kid friendly . I will definitely rent from there again. Best experience wit a place and host,that I have ever had 」

「This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit!」
