"Yöpyminen sujui kohtuullisen hyvin. Hotellimajoitukselta toivoo kuitenkin nykyään esim. televisiota sekä ruokailuvälineitä ja/tai teen keittomahdollisuutta. Lisäksi teimme majoittumisen loppuvaiheessa ikävän huomion. Asunnon siisteydestä huolimatta pieniä muurahaisia liikkui etenkin keittiö- ja eteistilan seinien vierustoilla sekä kylpyhuoneenkin puolella. Tätä ei voi hyväksyä."

"A unique hotel close to the heart of Savonlinna. Easy stay and had a good breakfast with plenty of options. Rooms can get hot in the summer as there was no ac, just a fan. Luckly visited at the end of summer with lower temperatues"

"WC:n/saunan ikkuna jumissa, piti käydä työntämässä ulkopuolelta auki. Vuodesohva vaarallinen; tukijalat (putkituet) lähtivät alta, vaikka oli varmistettu,että olivat kunnolla asetettu paikoilleen. Saunakauha puuttui (pikku juttu). Muuten majoitus siisti ja asianmukainen."

"The room was spacious, with an ok bed and a nice sauna. However, the room was not what was promised, and the staff wasn't there at all. First of all, we should have had a double bed and a sofa-bed, but only had two single-person beds. Then, the promised lake view wasn't really a lake view: it was a view across the yard with the lake in the background. The balcony table was so dirty the paper towel I used to wipe it turned black. Also, there were only shutters and very light curtains, so...
