“The rooms were spotless and the staff wonderful, unfortunately the property is quite run down ie the pool area and property facade. The staff are amazing and so hospitable, going out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The comp breakfast was very welcomed as no places to eat in the area, we also ate dinner one night and it was lovely, simple and tasty. It’s a quick walk to the middle gate entry too national park. Taxis to/from property are about 50yuan to Wulingyuan and 100yuan to……

“ Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. “The location and the staff were amazing, especially I have to mention Alex, he inform us incredibly well about what to do in the national park, but also for months in advance, he helped me a lot with the organisation of my trip. “The room was clean and the location was great particularly for food and getting to the east gate. Hotel seems dated and is loaded with tour busses. So much so, it was difficult to get from one building to another. Go early for breakfast because it seemed picked over the morning we went a little later. Was a little loud earlier in the evening but it did quiet down and we had a good sleep. ”
