The staff at the desk was overwhelmingly friendly and Very Very helpful, Sadly, we requested a ground floor room at booking, but the Hotel placed us on a Second Floor with no elevator. We are seniors and cannot carry all our stuff up the stairs. Happily, the staff member moved us to the First Floor for the same booking. "I stayed in last floor, there are 5G antennas installed on the roof which interfered with my sleep. I woke up that morning also feeling like with a cold, running nose. I was perfectly well the night before. The carpet could have had effects."

"The Inn at Primrose Hill cancelled my birthday present trip hours before we were to arrive. So unprofessional and so "Terrible" is the review since we never had the "joy" of a happy birthday celebration. Full disclosure, they did rebook us at a motel in the area, but that wasn't much of a birthday "gift". "

"We had a great time! The Crow’s Nest room was gorgeous and so clean, the view of the bay from the room and balconies was amazing! Walking distance to restaurants, beach and a store. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again! "
