"The front desk and entrance have a lodge feel. The room was fantastic. Living room/kitchen area has a stove/fridge/freezer with ice maker/dishwasher. It’s like a small apartment. Breakfast had many options. "

"Very clean and comfortable accommodations for our one-night stay in Skaneateles. Communication was great before and during our stay. The suite was roomy and provided us a good opportunity to rest and recharge. Little extras were nice too!"

"I made a mistake in my reservation, Hotels.com was not as cooperative as I would have liked, the were standing by company policy and wouldn’t budge. I worked with the hotel and Judy at the front desk was amazing, ensuring we were able to stay another night at the rate paid the 1st night. She was so friendly and cooperative, it helped me to realize how different it is when speaking with a kind and sweet individual, instead of communicating with a chat bot. "

"Property was clean and modern. Pillows could use replacing. They were very flat. We did have a loud group next to our room the first night but that’s not the hotel’s fault. We asked them to quiet down and they did. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. "

"Immensely enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and even smelled clean. We were able to receive towels and any other requests quickly and always with a smile. We did not partake in the breakfasts/dinners during our stay, but it always smelled fantastic! My only complaint would have been the storage shelf above the toilet in the bathroom. I managed to smack my head and give myself a big welt for my trouble. "

"Stayed 12 nights on business. Room was fine, had the usual amenities: tv, hair dryer, ironing board, mini fridge & coffee making facilities. They clean the rooms every other day but missed my room one day and my colleague’s on a different day, which only really mattered because we needed clean towels. TVs on my floor were upgraded in the middle of my stay. Towels supplied in different sizes on different days and sometimes the supposed bath towels weren’t big enough for an average sized adult -...

"Unfortunately the only thing bad that I have to say is that breakfast was supposed to be included as complementary and it wasn’t. The receptionist said that unfortunately Expedia has the wrong information and that breakfast and dinner was not included in our package, but other than that everything was great."
