“The apartment is a bit old.”

“There was mould in the bathroom around the sink and the parking lot was a mess. Walls are very thin. The staff was nice but the place was very overpriced for the quality of the run-down property.”

“We stayed one night with 2 older children. Staff was nice and gave us complementary drink coupon for each person including children. The apartment with upstairs bathroom and bedroom was a good surprise to us (with a balcony). The room was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well-equipped and maintained. However, the dining table was a too small. There were a few restaurants and convenient store located in the same area. Very suitable for family with young / older children.”

“No one was in reception so I had to ring to find the key.. on entering the room the Bed was unmade and Room Not cleaned like someone had just left. I tried to ring the number but no answer so I left. How do I get a refund through Expedia?”
