「Jules and Shaman were ABSOLUTELY GREAT. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH. My only complaint is that there were gnats in my room. After a few days I couldn’t take it any more and changed to a different room. Unfortunately, that room had gnats as well. Jules sprayed my room, and it helped but did not eliminate the issue. I noticed that there were also gnats in the hallways. I was told that the issue was being worked on, however, it was not resolved before I left.」

「This is a great hotel if you need somewhere close to Atlanta airport. It's convenient, has airport shuttle, staff are helpful and rooms and decent size and comfortable. 」

「The staff is always friendly and very accommodating….I only took off a 1 because the refrigerator leg was broke so everytime we touched the door to open it the stuff in would shift to the side that was broke…」

They were very friendly and helpful with anything that we could’ve needed. The amenities were very clean and Security was excellent. I really loved my stay at the Hilton Garden in downtown.」
