“What a gem in Estes Park. This place makes you feel like you are in a mountain town. It is spacious and the rooms are nice. This hotel is situated right on the entrance to town and is easy to get to. There is a fire pit our side that you can roast marshmallows on. Our favorite thing was the water machine in the lobby. You can make all different kids of water, different flavors, different temperatures, and even sparking. We used this multiple tiles a day. The gentleman at the front desk……

“Dirty room. Hair all in the bed, fixtures janky, shared doors to the other room which had a table pushed against, chair stained and the room was smelly.”

“Overall it's not bad. The room is big. It seems to have been partially renovated a while ago. Except for the carpet and cabinets which are a bit old, the walls are new and the towels are very white. The room rate is about $90. I really want to give them 4.5 stars, but the parking fee is $14, which is more than the $10 a day fee next to the Denver airport, and you have to sign to pay, which gives people a bad impression. When I booked on Expedia, it was marked as including breakfast, but later I……

“It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.”

“Beautiful condo, clean, comfy, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plenty of towels, toiletries and cleaning and trash supplies in kitchen. Bed was super comfy, warm and roomy shower/tub. Many hot tubs outside which nice! Amazing views, quietness and above all why I keep coming back is the amazing staff! Melinda is superb at mamaging, very professional and kind, and I can’t thank you enough for the dear note in our room and making it such a nice stay!”

“Charming historic hotel in the heart of downtown. Location could not have been better. Room and bed very comfortable. You can reserve the jacuzzi for 30 minutes in a private room (the only real amenity at the property), which was terrific. Highly recommend.”
