"Great location and superb views from our room and the dining room. Lots of information about the island available in English in the room, the library and the host on check in. Good breakfast. No evening meal available as the chef had run away to sea which meant a twenty mile round trip to eat in the evening. There was also an issue with the front door key not working properly "

"The hotel was self service with the reception and breakfast/dining room in the separate hotel location at 5min. The elevator was is a closed section and had to take our luggage by the stairs."

"The cabin is great and quiet w/ a great view on the surrounding mountains (hence the “good” overall score). However a few points of disappointment which need to be improved: 1- We met 2 staff members and both barely spoke English, although the check-in instructions (Dan Center) said that staff can speak Norwegian, English and German. "No key to lock door, blinds in bedroom too small for window and damaged. Shower didn't drain properly. Toilet seat cover was damaged"
