「The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

「Not as good as last year in a few areas. Stayed 14 nights but housekeeping was sporadic. Room/toilet never cleaned. No clean mugs provided. Radiator hanging off the wall. Reception staff were very helpful but a couple of the bar staff were quite rude. Every night. Still no vegetarian dishes- only salad, pasta, pizza (some evenings) and vegetables. Tables aren’t cleaned between diners. Wouldn’t recommend and will only stay again if it’s the choice of other people in my skiing group. 」
