“DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible experience and dishonest management. I booked a 13-night stay at this property but had to check out after just ONE night because the room and conditions were completely unlivable. The hotel officially issued me a 1-night checkout invoice, acknowledging the issue, and promised a refund for the remaining 12 nights. However, the moment I left, the management started playing games. They ignored my messages for days. When Expedia support explicitly called them and waived……

“Very spacious room (we had the suite), excellent breakfast and good location.”

“The view is excellent and the hotel is new and well-decorated. It is near the City Mall with a lot of dining options. However, breakfast option is limited.”

“Booked for two days check in was terrible. They gave us a room when we tried to get in there was a person in the room. They gave us another room smelled stinky room. Next day at around 10 am someone tried to get into our room. We have decided check out early that day, asked for a refund they assured me payment will be refunded for one day with no problem. They said I am good to go today after four days I received an email with rejection for a refund. Stay away from this place 👎👎👎”

“Mixed feelings about this stay. On the positive side, the location is good, the property is clean and well maintained, the breakfast and food were enjoyable, and the reception team was responsive: they moved me to a different room for one night after I raised an issue. The main problem is noise. The hotel and rooftop bar share the same building, and at night the walls vibrate from the music upstairs apart from noise coming from lobby, downstairs. There is also steady foot traffic from bar……

“The room was clean. The carpets are pretty old. The tobacco smoke smell in the hallway is very unpleasant. It seems that some guests are smoking in the rooms.”
