“Blick vom Balkon”

“We stayed in the hotel for one night before flying home. It was very convenient, with its own car park, but we didn’t get to use facilities like the pool.The location is great - right next to a surfing beach, the restaurant menu looked great but we were too tired to use it and the staff were excellent. The room was a good size, with a small balcony looking over the beach - a safe provided and room facilities were good, only two negative observations- paper cups were provided for hot drinks……

“Great location and staff were lovely. Lots of cockroaches around and room clean is questionable. Asked for room to be sprayed because it was full of flies and a couple of cockroaches. Someone came out and did it quickly. Kept them at bay for less than 15 hours Asked for the room to be cleaned and floor swept. Unfortunately mess was still there from previous occupants Kitchen well stocked, towels were not replaced unless asked. Pool heated but couldn’t see the hot tub anywhere Location is……

“Fue un estancia relativamente buen, lastimosamente las personas que se hospedaron en la habitación de al lado se peleaban mucho, aventaban cosas y al estar pegadas las habitaciones no logramos descansar, la división del balcón no es del todo independiente y por lo antes mencionado, mejor evitamos salir, lo cual fue incomodo ”

“Pagamos un suplemento por habitación doble y nos pusieron dos camas de 90 atadas con bridas y sábanas individuales Sábanas roídas, toallas deshilachadas Al estar en el 3er piso el agua caliente no llegaba por lo que no pudimos ducharnos en condiciones ningún día La limpieza de la habitación era mediocre Decoración y mobiliario del hotel parece que se quedaron en los años 80-90 El buffet del desayuno no era gran cosa Lo único bueno a destacar es la zona de piscina Hemos de decir que el personal……
