"A nice stay. Good sized clean room but bathroom was a little disappointing and old fashioned, but is not a huge problem. Staff very nice. Parking excellent . Breakfast was good. Pool is excellent. Area around is really nice and the beach is very lovely. Very safe area. Great place for walking and running. Another highlight was the resident parrot - so cute. Thank you to the staff. My son left his iPad laying around which was handed in and reception held on to it for him. Would stay again. "

"This is a nice hotel in the centre of De Koog, not too expensive. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom also spacious and there is good light above the mirror. The shower is good. There is a nice restaurant attached with excellent food. My only negative is that the bed was sagging in the middle, not so comfortable."

"We stayed at Hotel Op Diek for a weekend girls’ trip, and it was the perfect choice! The location in Den Hoorn is peaceful yet close enough to explore Texel easily by car. The hotel itself has such a cozy and welcoming vibe — you can feel it’s a former farmhouse with a lot of charm. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
