「New hotel, comfortable and worth the money」

「Hotel itself is missing from existence. My money is lost. Wasted hours trying to find the place, no phone call was answered. Hotels.com - refund my money charged. Report on fraudulent charges 」

「Fantastic place. Very clean. Courteous staff. Very close to the temple.」

「No bathroom towel given, cupboard door fell off, altogether the rooms and bed was clean but to costly of what they advertised. I do not recommend this Hotel!」

「The hotel never honored the reservation saying that they never do business with Expedia despite me showing the confirmation. I ended up paying for the room after making a new reservation at the same hote. Full REFUND MUST be issues」

「No mobile signal, not able to call anyone 」

「I booked 2 Rooms in one booking. When I come for check in, they said there is no booking found. Later they took few minutes to find my bookings. Then they said sorry. While i checked out the same problem they told only one room paid. Second payment not received. We showed our payment receipt. Then they took few minutes to check with their system they found full payment. We feel they are not in good knowledge. Unwanted waiting while check in and check out. 」

「It says buffet break fast. But no breakfast was provided. Then they brought it from some outside restaurant. They don’t have a restaurant. The rooms are also not great. 」
