“It's very far away from everywhere, the electricity in the room did not work when I first checked in, no clear signs on where to wait for the shuttle to MRT, aircon was noisy throughout the night...”

“No”

“Booked a double room for our 9 hour layover in Singapore. You definitely are paying for convenience - the cost for a 6 hour stay was pricey. Came to my surprise when we arrived at check in that we had to pay an additional S$70 for a third adult in our double room - which they said they would bring extra amenities for and didn’t. You would think that with how much you’re paying you’ll at least get shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand/body lotion in the bathroom, however they only provide an……

“The room is clean and tidy, but the wall is a bit too thin, can hear people having shower or tv in the next door. Good thing is there is a mini kitchen in the room and in the common area, very convenient in fetching water, reheat and prep simple breakfast.”

“This was my second stay, and it was still a great experience. The bathrooms are modern, there’s an elevator, and the AC works perfectly. It offers excellent value for the price. The standard rooms are a bit on the small side—fine for two carry-ons or one large suitcase, but the walkway is narrow, so you’ll have to squeeze past each other. If you have a lot of luggage, I’d recommend booking a larger room. We experienced a brief power outage on the second night, but it was resolved in about 30……

“Maintenance of the guest room is considered good”

“As a hotel, it is located in a convenient location with a more reasonable price comparing to others among the district, but as my stay in Singapore is for Singapore GP, it doesn't hurt much as I stay pretty much away from the hotel. But for the cleanliness of the room, I find it only acceptable but not exceptional well paid for the price. I expect more when paying for a more expensive price during F1 weekend. Otherwise its acceptable for a hotel of this level.”

“Stay in first floor, triple room. After 10pm still can hear Outside the window many people chatting , very annoying. ”
