「We really enjoyed our stay. Property was outstanding, our room was great, best breakfast around. The staff was helpful and really wanted to make sure we were well cared for. As stated the breakfast was well beyond what you would normally expect.」

「Beautiful home, gave us everything we needed and more. Communication with host was timely and helpful. We enjoyed everything about the place both inside and outside. The price was very reasonable for the excellence we received. Would recommend, and would love to stay there again for an even longer stay. Thank you!」

「The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez.」

「Very soothing little oasis outside Mancos. Nicely appointed, quiet, with lovely, lush green surroundings. Felt very private. An easy, short drive to Mesa Verde. My singular complaint is that it needs better pillows, but that's such a minor issue. 」

「We were in town to watch a mountain biking race our daughter was doing. This is a lovely property, a real life sheep ranch with real life sheep dogs! Bunny is very communicative and very helpful. She even brought us some cooking oil because we had forgot to pack some. Highly recommend」

「 Super-clean, quiet location. Charming house on a ranch. The beds were a little small, and there is no tv, but it was great to rest and recharge and relax. The host left fresh eggs in the refrigerator for us. House is remodeled and was a comfortable place to stay after a day of exploring the area. 」
