Bad Goisern

“WORST HOTEL EVER - the garage was unfindable - the lady at the helpline didn‘t know where the garage was - there were NO CLEAR SIGNS to being able to find the garage at night - the codebox to enter the building was broken, which was known by limehome but the INFORMATION WAS NOT PROVIDED to me - the guy at the helpline didn‘t know how to solve the codebox problem, then gave me WRONG INFORMATIONS - I had to wait until someone came out of the building to get in - FOR THREE DAYS IN A ROW! - the……

“How to start!? I'm visiting this Hotel for more than 10 years now, almost every year! It was a well kept, immaculately clean Hotel (Mader) with gorgeous staff in every way. It was a pleasure to stay here. Things changed with the new ownreship radically. Entering the lobby area the carpet is dirty, the reception area is neglected, desk spotted, the remain of the food wrapping is visible. The Concierge himsef showed unkempt impression wearing wrinkled clothes, messy hair... I made reservation and……

“The check-in was about 8km away (which was in town and the house was out of town). When we got to the location it was not marked and we only knew it from the picture on the reservation. There was no one there which we knew but there was nothing there telling you the internet password- luckily, we saw someone else who told us. We sent 4 messages to the host and it took over 24 hours for a response. The room was large and clean except for all the bugs & flys (at checkout they simply said it was……
