"The employees made our stay an Excellent one! The desk receptionist at our check-in was friendly and Amy from housekeeping left a nice, handwritten note on the desk in our suite (a very nice touch). We enjoyed pleasant small talk with the bartender, the omelet chef at breakfast, and Annie who cleared away our breakfast plates.The suite was immaculate. The desk receptionist at our check-out was friendly and invited us to visit again. We will when we are in Saratoga Springs again."

HOWEVER they charged me 50. $ for what I don,t know .They were the ones that took the money out.But when I checked out said that I got the room thru Expedia and that you would give the 50, back. Is that true? "
