"I did not like finding dog poo under chair "

"Room was nice and stay was good. The pay requirement for parking and the fact that you have to pay each time you arrive and depart is ridiculous. "

"Just a short walk (2 mins) from the train line from the airport. The staff were friendly and the attached restaurant was great for breakfast! The room smelled slightly musky but the room was clean with free water hottles and coffee. The bed was very comfortable. This is also a hotel that many tour operators pickup directly from which is great! Highly recommended! Oh, and the gym is great and fully stocked for a real workout!"

"The hotel was great but there were a few drawbacks to staying here. 1. There is NO self parking anywhere close that your vehicle will be safe and the valet parking is EXPENSIVE! 2. The hotel itself is “dog friendly” but there is zero and I mean zero grass anywhere for your dog to use the bathroom. Otherwise, it’s fantastic. Staff were great and helpful and we would stay here again just with no dog of having to park a vehicle "

"The location is perfect for me because i have family close by. I extended my stay, the hotel let me keep the room. At other hotels ive had to move to a different room. Im very happy with this place. It's my 4th time staying here."

"The room was not ready. Toilet paper holder was broken, hand soap and conditioner were out of products. Staff was very helpful and brought everything in 15 minutes."

"The neighborhood is clearly still struggling but obviously the hotel is working hard to keep guests and their cars safe with fence/gate and security guard. Great helpful staff and everything was clean. Especially like the omelet bar for breakfast."

"This is an excellent property with Japanese style ambience. I stayed here for a few weeks and the hotel staff and I have become friends. It’s fairly new still and super clean and quiet. There’s laundry machines, a Japanese onsen, gym, restaurant and sake bar on premise. Easy parking outside of hotel lot and very close to the 217 freeway entrance (not close enough to be loud). I would everyone to stay here if doing business or leisure in the Hillsboro / Beaverton area."

"Immediate hot water, comfy beds, nice staff. Hot tub clean and nice. Could have used a complimentary or reasonably priced shuttle from hotel to PDX as well was the ability to hop a shuttle to Portland. Evening crowd can be rowdy; but keeping the a/c fan running solves that issue. "
