“We were moved from Mullet Manor to Three Palms due to some maintenance issues. Three Palms turned out to be exactly what our group needed. The first floor living area has a vaulted ceiling with skylights making it a light filled inviting gathering space. The screened porch off the living area was the perfect spot for morning coffee. The home is spacious, well appointed and had almost everything we needed. The decks were wonderful and the patio area in the back was perfect for grilling and……

“The place was nice and appeared to be clean on the surface, however we encountered many bugs all over the house. At 1st we noticed them around the sink in the kitchen, but then we saw bugs inside the cabinets and silverware drawer. Air conditioning worked well in down stairs, but it was hot upstairs where the bedrooms were. There was no tissue boxes any where, however there were many towel sets. Place is very quite and sunny and bright. I wished we did not have all the bug issues, including……

“Family friendly and very close to the beach. We walked to the beach everyday. Just a couple minute drive to town. Only thing was a few things need to be repaired in the house and it definitely had a couple things that could have been cleaned a little better. Also, the dishwashing pods, paper towels and trash bags weren’t enough for 6 days of stay. We only had a half of a roll of paper towels, three trash”
