"The location is very good and convenient to the train station- 3min walk. The view from the property is amazing. The room was very spacious and with fantastic view too. Staff is super friendly. Included dinners were excellent. Breakfasts was good enough."

"Less expensive and budget friendly. Amenities available like Onsen and table tennis. Laudry is also available. Distance is the disadvantage. It's a little far from the city center although still walking distance. "

"I visited Hakuba Sun Valley with my partner and 2 children and we LOVED it! The location is amazing, directly opposite the chair lift, and the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be staying here again next season!"

"The beds cover and bed sheet slide off in the night with movement, which was bothersome. The staff was very kind. Area had limited food options. Overall the rooms were clean and people were kind. "

"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."
