"Domon hotel is an older hotel, & could do with some tlc, but because of the warm welcoming & helpful young man on front desk this was easy to overlook. He was eager to please & on arrival asked us if we wanted a larger room as hotel was going through a quiet time. He also greeted us every day & asked if we needed anything. "Arrived at the Hotel to Discover the room we booked wasn’t available , they throbbed us off with another room which was so dirty , broken doors , toilet was absolutely revolting, half the size we booked , reception team lied about our accommodation and my Lao friend herd them talk that our room was over booked and not available so they said put them in this one, not a good welcome and then the room like I said so disappointing. "
