“good”

“Great room size and very helpful staff. Decent Breakfast. Located a little bit further away from the central but manageable. The property itself and its appliances are showing some sign of age, hotwater might be unstable at times.”

“Staff were helpful. Hotel was not as nice as I would have thought for the cost.”

“My stay at Intercity Hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and suitable for both business and leisure travel. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel’s location made it convenient to access , dining, and transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall hotel offers good value for money, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit.”

“Booked a room with hot tub, given a room with no hot tub at first. Told the receptionist and given a room with a hot tub that is not working. No refunds and nothing extra given. Water heater not working 90% of the time and water boiler is so dirty. ”

“Clean room, friendly staff, great location for food and shopping. Will stay again when visiting Laos again.”

“The room I stayed in was nice and clean. The staff were respectful, nice and helpful. If you enjoy night market and street foods, then this place is a minute walk distance.”

“The location is convenient. The staff's hospitality is excellent! Highly recommended!”
