"From the check in to the check out, the staffs were very nice, helpful and friendly. The room is very clean. The restaurant area is very clean and the food was excellent and delicious. The only place that I have eaten that doesn’t cause my stomach ache because the food is stored properly before cooking. I love this place even though the room is a little small. I will definitely staying here again if I am visiting Vientiane Laos again."

"Good, clean hotel. Smallish rooms, but really clean (esp bathroom). Good bed. Out of the center by a little, but it's only really a 10 min walk to the night market. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic (a choice of five set things, no buffet or anything) but good."

"Room had ants even on the 8th floor, every morning they would be in our bed. Breakfast possibly the worst I've had in SE Asia (in comparably priced hotels). Fruit the most appetising option was left out uncovered around the corner... Surrounded by flies. The 'do not disturb' thing is electronic, but when you leave the room the power goes off and so does the sign. So even if you don't want the room made up, it happens. And all your things end up on the floor and your bar of soap disappears and...
