"The property was as described, except for the AC not working when we arrived. There was not any advance communication about the air, though the property processed full payment prior to our arrival. We were provided the notice that the air was not working at the end of the check-in process. Additionally, we were advised that the air was fixed later in the evening but the room was still warm throughout the night. The next morning when I notified the front desk that the room was still warm I was advised that maintenance should have been by to reset the thermostat. The front desk staff reset the thermostat following my inquiry. Throughout our stay there were guest complaining about not having air. Communication and response to this matter was not handled properly."

"Love the rooms and the property grounds. Everything is clean however the indoor pool, which was the main reason for staying here was a huge disappointment full of unruly kids, not being watched by their parents. Honestly, I think some of them were sneaking in to use the facilities and not actually staying there, I do think management should find a way to oversee the indoor pool that way it’s enjoyable for everybody. "Our room was clean and comfortable. However, the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall, and the roll in shower flooded the bathroom. Also, the carpet in the hallway was worn and dirty. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed our stay."
