「We were up too early for breakfast, so don’t know about that, but all else was great. The airport shuttle was used twice and both drivers were prompt and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk Monday night was super helpful and patient. Our group had 3 rooms and we all would stay again when needing Knoxville airport.」

The staff gave the best customer service! Facilities and amenities were top tier! Clean, modern and comfortable. Complimemtary coffee and fruit was just what I needed to get my day started. I found my favorite hotel.」

「Was a nice stay. Didn't particularly like the $100 deposit for amenities, but as long I get my money back I will be happy to stay there again. Big bonus having a great mex restaurant and great bar next door, plus rv hook ups on the back side.」

「We were only there for a quick weekend, so we didn’t really get to use the amenities. Staff was great, rooms were clean with great AC. Easy in and out. The only thing I would recommend (and it may already be in the works. I know they’ve been updating) is the mattresses. Very old, springy mattresses. And maybe a bear proof dumpster easily accessible to the front row of rooms. We had some poopy diapers, and we hate putting them in the trash in such a small place. Very small things that very...

「Our room was clean when we arrived and cleaned daily during our stay. The beds were very comfortable . The only improvement could have been a brighter light over the sink. I would totally recommend staying here.」
