“Breakfast was good, hot tub was nice. The pool had a huge clump of hair floating around and the bathrooms in the pool area were pretty gross. Room was great but not the cleanest. Hair in the tub and floor of the bathroom and when I pulled out the sofa bed there was leftover food and crumbs.”

“I was hit for a deposit when I arrived and was told it would be returned upon departure almost 36hr later still no deposit I had to go out a buy my own toiletries they ran out maid didn't come and change our garbage nor offered to clean the room on our 2nd day not a good hotel”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“Appears to be in transition. I'm a local resident and stayed for a week during home repairs. It's not posted on Expedia that we are charged $250 authorization for incidentals versus the $100 they authorize others. As I've worked in hotels in this area for over 10 years', this was very odd to me. I always felt like we were being watched when I wasn't problematic and gave no issues during my stay. I worked nearby and chose this hotel because I used to work for a Country Inn, they always have great……

“We arrived and the property looks nothing like the pictures and is located in an area that does not seem safe. We checked in and they said it would be another $100 - after I questioned it they told me they didn’t charge me for it (I’ve come to find out that is false.) We get to our floor and the smell of weed is over powering, once we enter our room and shut the door we find what seems to be dried blood on the wall and red stains on the floor below. We left and did not stay.”

“The room was clean, as was everything about the property. We had a 400 check in time and when we got there, at 500, on the dot, eveyone was friendly We were told the room wasn't ready yet. The person helping us said it would be just a couple minutes and to get our bags amd it would only be a couple minutes He said he was going up to help the person get the room read. About 15 after, he came down and said it was going to be a couple minutes and he was almost done. By 530, he said AGAIN,……
