「My poor review comes from the security staff at the front immediately breaking the wheel off my suitcase when I saw them hit it on the curb. They then looked at me and placed the wheel on the belt that went through the screening machine and said nothing else. I told the main security person that they broke my wheel after he commented that I was missing a wheel when he went to pick up my bag and his response was “okay”. 「We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed.
