"The view shown of the pine trees, green grass and bay, are NOT what you see from the balcony or front of the rental. There is a two story house between you and this view. The building is needing painting for years now, the area around the venue is junky, the stairs inside are unsafe with only a hand rail and no ballusters and no ballusters at the top to keep a small child from falling through.
