「We checked in at 8pm after a long drive and never got a code to get into our room till 10:20 pm called, text, drive around for 2 hours. Finally at 10pm we had to check in at a different hotel because no one was helping us and it was late and our child needed to go to bed. They refused to give a refund because that is their policy. Yet their policy also says they will text the room number and door code once you check in. Not 2.5 hours later will they send a code. If you want a place to actually...

「Our stay was mostly good, however, the TV had a parental control that required a PIN # to get into any of the apps. So basically, the TV was useless except to watch the limited live TV programs they had on cable. Other than that, the property was clean and had a great little stream you could see off the back porch.」

「Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...

「Overall it was fine. Safeway at the bottom of the hill was suprisingly good with decent prices and variety. Pool, tennis courts, etc are open 9 am to 8:50 pm. Adult hot tub, family join, and heated pool. 3 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, 1 squash court, 1 volleyball. Decent weight room setup. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. We had a hiccup with the wifi the first day and were given a number to phone. It got better after that. 」

「This was an amazing place to stay at. Everything is near the apartment and we were also very close to the ski lift. 100% would stay here again. The owner always responds quickly to any question I had. 」

「I don’t know if I will stay anywhere else if we come back to winter park. This property was more than what was advertised. The communication was great, the unit was everything we needed and more. We were walking distance to anything in winter park besides the village itself which was a 5 min drive. We will be back.」
