"The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast menu has been the same for the last three days, except for an alternative option of pancakes and muffins. Additionally, the bathroom amenities such as the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty, and the shower gel was almost out, which was an inconvenience during our stay."

"We were there for my husbands birthday. It is a quaint 1920's boat - that provides a unique experience. Please dont expect the frills that you might get at another hotel, and there are no mini fridges or microwaves. There is a coffee maker. The deluxe room and bathroom is large and comfortable. The staff are wonderful and accommodating and try to see to your needs. The food at the restauraunt on site is very good and the outdoor seating, watching seals and boats is pleasurable. Parking is not...

Lack of gluten free options in food choices (even a frozen muffin would have been nice, or a gf granola bar instead of the non gf ones). If I'd known the McDonald's drive through was right outside the window I would have asked for another room, quiet at night but too early to be hearing the speaker in the am"

"Comfy bed, lots of room, stove didn't work but they fixed it quickly. They need to purchase some more luggage carts because it was the most difficult part of our stay....finding an available cart to be able to get luggage up to room and then get it out at check out. Definitely need to get more luggage carts!"
