「This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was nice. I noticed my itinerary said I have a resort credit. I don't know what that means and it didn't seem that they know what that means either? I don't know if that means something like I missed out on a chance for amenities like a credit towards food or something or if it means something else?」

「The stay was very good. I believe the only change I would recommend or feedback. If you could change up the breakfast. After three to four days. Having eggs, potatoes Hash, and Turkey Sausage. It got old eating the same thing over and over. 」

I went out to my car and tried to get back into the back door at 10:58am (just before checkout) and my card was already cleared and not working for me. Check out is 11am and that is the time it should stop working..not a few minutes before. I had to walk in the slippery ice to the front door to get my card reactivated and it took a lot...

「This was a fantastic place and I was so happy to find this. Very convenient for large families. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath suite and this was perfect for the size of our group. Love the full kitchen as well as the breakfast that was included in our stay. Staff very helpful and friendly especially our interaction with the general manager Jesus when we checked out. We also liked the pool and the option of the complimentary laundry room. Parking was easy. I booked this hotel for a family...
