“The location was undergoing renovations, ceilings were open and the parking lot was being resurfaced. There was an odd smell and the rooms were fairly outdated, with stains and mold in areas. The breakfast was a disaster, the waffle irons were on but no mix, and the juice dispenser was empty. There was no butter for the toast and no milk for cereal. When I asked the teen in the kitchen room, he simply said no. That was the end. He opened the juice dispenser showing the empty spots and said……

“I must thank the customer service staff here; they helped guests check in smoothly!
Although the room was a bit old, the front desk staff's enthusiasm was enough to keep guests coming back. The only downside was some hair on the pillow, but that was a minor issue, and the staff provided new pillowcases.”
