“Lovely bit of highland grandeur/history. Mostly just passing through for a local event so didn’t get the full experience. Wee bit expensive for room alone but no complaints about the standards/staff etc bar/dining facilities looked very pleasant ”

“Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. ”

“Ginny and Steve are the most lovely hosts. So helpful and sweet! Breakfast is outstanding - delicious, freshly cooked, extremely generous portions, and an extremely wide selection of items. The town of Grantown on Spey is small, so not many eateries to choose from for dinner. But the B&B is just a couple blocks away from a peaceful wooded walk to the river. ”

“We had a delightful stay at Cawdor House, thanks in large part to the fabulous couple who own and run it. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in was small but pleasant and well-kept. As you’d expect in an older house, the walls are a bit thin, but that’s part of the charm and character of a traditional building like this. “Sehr netter Gastgeber mit vielen schottischen Anekdoten am Frühstückstisch. Heimelige Atmosphäre beim wirklich tollen und sättigenden Frühstück nach Vorbestellung. “Sunny Brae B&B was absolutely charming. The staff was very welcoming, helpful with knowledgeable advice on local sites, attentive to our lodging needs, and the breakfasts were wonderful. The central beachfront location could not have been better for relaxing seaside town holiday. ”

“Cozy, warm, made us feel completely at home! Great breakfasts! Special little touches like fresh flowers in local gin bottles, wee dram of scotch, cookies and chocolate. Awesome bed! Nice, crisp white sheets, comfy white comforter and good pillows! Loved the decor and the red doors!”

“Alison and Hugh are superb hosts and went out of their way to make us feel át home'in their beautiful house in Lossiemouth. Further, they were both so helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed Hugh's cooking! We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The house itself is ideally located only 2 minutes to nearby restaurants, coffee and the idyllic beach. We would highly recommend Lossiemouth House to future guests and look forward to staying again soon! ”
