“Schreckliches Hotel. Eine Unverschämtheit. Das ganze Hotel fällt auseinander. Wir hatten etwas reklamiert und es kam nur sorry zurück. Nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht und sind nach einer abgefahren. Ganz schlimm.”

“Garden terrace room was great! Private entrance and private patio. Large room and large bathroom and was very clean. Great water pressure! Private parking. Staff was helpful in mapping out the sights and a lovely breakfast was provided.”

“It is a beautiful property. However, if you are not staying here with small children you may be disappointed. The hotel clearly markets itself as very child and family friendly, and it has dedicated children’s areas that are very close to main areas such as the dining room. As a result it is not peaceful in many areas of the property. Even dedicated adult swimming pool hours in the spa are not respected by guests with their children. And the dining room at dinner was not at all peaceful. They……

“The room smells bad. There is tissue or small hand towel in the room. The water temperature of shower has shiftting between hot and cold constantly.”

“What an amazing hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was large, and very clean, but the real star of the show is the stunning castle itself. There are so many areas to explore. Sitting rooms, the chapel, a pool table room, and the outside pool area is from a fairytale. It’s like going back in time. We felt like royalty. 100% recommended.”

“O apartamento está muito confortável. A luz sempre caía e não se podia usar o fogão junto com o forno. O escorredor de pratos estava muito sujo e velho. As frigideiras arranhadas e sem teflon, dificultando o uso. Espero ser útil as minhas ponderações. ”
