「Hotel tutto sommato bello ma il personale attualmente in servizio è di bassissima qualità. Ragazza in reception molto scorbutica che parla pochissimo inglese. Staff in sala breakfast al mattino terribili: hanno pulito il tavolo di ospiti che avevano appena fatto colazione semplicemente aggiungendo le posate che mancavano sopra ai tovaglioli senza pulire bene e cambiare tutto il set. Incredibile. Mai vista una roba del genere. La colazione è decisamente mediocre ma il problema vero appare...

「The location to walk around town was great. A bit further to the beach but still walkable! Rooms were small but clean and cute. We also used the pool which was nice and the breakfast was very good! The staff seemed happy at there jobs!」

「Fortunately our stay was just as a stopover from faro to Lisbon. I wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer. Outside it's badly maintained, it definitely looks better in the picture. The AC was pretty poor.」

「This is a small gem of a hotel very close to the Cathedral and the Roman ruins. Staff were very helpful and the room was quiet. The rooftop terrace was a definite plus and the breakfast cereals and yogurt were good. My only complaint is that they only had herb teas for breakfast and after I asked about black tea the first morning they did nothing to get any in for the next two days of my stay.」
