「We reserved a room with king bed. But we were assigned a room with 2 double beds. The staff said it’s because we made the reservation on third party app and there was no available king bed. But I remember the prices for king bed and double beds are different. The king bed was higher. And when we asked the front desk if we can switch to a king bed room after the first night should it be available, the staff said “it will be a busy weekend. Why do you guys want a king bed room?? 「This was for my family. The price was phenomenal the experience that we had being there was one of space. As our children have gotten older it is harder to find a space that we all fit in comfortable. We visited at least 10 different locations from Florida to Texas and this offered us the most space」

「The hotel is well located, clean, with modern amenities. It has a seamless check in process but the host is responsive. Given the fact that it caters to groups and families, I would recommend considering a sofa bed in suite 9 for better accommodation of guests. Also, amenities as bathrobes would be fantastic. 」

「The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans」
