"All the staff at this hotel are fantastic. The cleaners, the receptionists and the restaurant staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms at this hotel are bigger than the standard Japanese hotel rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect, so close to the bus and train stations, and also several shopping centres."

"understated luxury, the superior room had more than enough space to accommodate 2 guests, perhaps too much for one person but it was a great experience. The room was cleaned everyday to original state when we first entered the room on the first day. The lobby staff was very helpful and over all we had a great time in Kamakura thanks to all the hotel staff."
