"We could not have asked for a better experience here at The Restoration. The customer service was excellent and the room was immaculately spacious, clean and well maintained. The Draftsman Lounge downstairs was a blast! We are already planning our next trip back! "

"Bathroom shower was not safe for older adult. Very slippery tub, nothing to hold onto getting in and out of shower. On second floor so could hear people above us. Room was like a great apartment. Downtown location was wonderful, but parking was 1.5 blocks away with tight parking spaces."

"It was our anniversary and the hotel comped us 2 vouchers to their restaurants as well as surprising us by bringing champagne and sparkling water to our room. The hotel is beautiful! The staff was amazing as well as the food. We loved the live music on Friday and Saturday. The Kimpton will be our permanent go-to from now on when visiting Asheville! "
