The rooms are already starting to show some wear and tear though and there was pet urine on our balcony one morning. We love dogs, but when we texted to ask for help getting it cleaned up we didn't hear back. Ice is available 24/7 but only by asking at the front desk, and this is not mentioned in the brochure provided. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom (of our unit).
