“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“Staff was informed about a drunk guest in pool they refused to help. Once the guest became unconscious my daughter and wife had to physically pull the guest out of pool. Staff did nothing to remedy the situation.”

“Overall it was pleasant, but when we entered the room on the first day, my son jumped on the bed. Then our family saw the dust in the air. I hope the cleanliness of the room is not just superficial.”

“We only used the family pool as children are not allowed in the club pool, staff were friendly, amenities were clean and pool area was lovely. Parking was easy around the outside of the hotel. Rooms were also clean, we had a great family weekend away.”

“This was one of the best places I have stayed at. I’d rate it a 10. I was celebrating my 25 year anniversary and this place gave us a relaxing and peaceful experience to never forget. Thank you Carter Estates.”
