“We booked the hotel for the spa months before trip. We have been travelling for weeks in Italy and wanted to take two days to relax and sit in the spa. We also book a hotel based on there being a restaurant lounge and bar. All of which the hotel said it had. When we booked into our room, we asked how we got to the spa and they said it was not open.
