“staff was friendly but restaurant was closed and not in a great sector nothing like the picture.”

“Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly staff and great breakfast.”

“This hotel/ resort was listed as on the beach ..it was on a mountain side. The hotel reception was terrible, staff was very rude and had absolutely ZERO customer service and less then ZERO hospitality. They claim to have a shuttle for the city and was taken there ONCE and had to call to get picked up and then had to wait for over an hour and a half for a less then 10 minute drive. Stayed for 15 days only because it was booked and no one else had rooms available. Had to walk down the mountain and……

“Great host and hotel”

“Clean, comfortable, quiet and with very, very helpful staff. I'd stay here again when in Milazzo.”

“We were given a key that did not fit the lock. It took the hotel 20 minutes to fix while we had to stand next to the door. Additionally no soap products in the room. They gave them to me at reception when I asked and they apologized. Still for the price we are paying this is a bit annoying . Couch has many big stains.”
