「I paid for an ocean view room. But it was actually looking over the parking lot. The staff said it was an ocean view if I go out to the balcony during the day I’d see some part of the ocean. 「The location is great. Yes, it can be a little loud sometimes but that happens when you're in a good and lively spot. I was skeptical to stay someplace without AC but the fans and screen door really cooled things down. They have coolers for beach picnics, beach towels and everything else you need. Some things could use an update (bathroom rugs) but overall we were super happy and comfortable in this condo. We will absolutely try to stay here again!」

「Would never go back. This place had no A/C so it was way too hot inside even with the fans. If you park after 8pm it’s a block walk around the building just to get in due to door to the parking lot being locked up. Was never told about the construction going on upstairs that started at 8am. They were tearing up the flooring and it was so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. Will say the view was great and it was close to everything. 「This condo was clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We cooked quite a few meals in the kitchen. The grounds are kept will manicured. The pool & hot tub also very clean. We had a pretty good storm while staying there. The mgmt company stayed in contact throughout wroth updates. They are fantastic to deal with. 」
