“I paid for an ocean view room. But it was actually looking over the parking lot. The staff said it was an ocean view if I go out to the balcony during the day I’d see some part of the ocean. That’s just ridiculous. That’s not what you advised as an ocean view room. And they say they weren’t able to move me because they were full. Besides that everything else was absolutely overpriced. I’ve stayed at many sea resorts. Including some other Sheratons. This is by far the worst. And not close to the……

“What stands out the most is watching the sunsets while standing out on the narrow deck. Place was so clean and ready for our stay when we entered. Thank you Grand and your cleaners for your excellent service. If there was one thing that might need to improve our the mats. There are 3 main mats (kitchen, bathroom and entry) are very thin and prone to buckling everything we walk over them. What we need are the thicker ones with the sticky bottoms for traction to the hardwood floors. There were a……

“It was dated but, clean, quiet and roomy. TV’s were not great. Couldn’t get the living room tv to turn on. Overall a nice stay. They also had beach towels and boogie boards which I thought was nice.”

“Place was great. Gotta search the closets, but there's snorkels and beach chairs and everything you'd want for a nice weekend. No AC. Missed that in the initial description, but if you open everything up while you're there it's pleasant. Both of the TVs were bad when we got there, but we texted the people and both were replaced before we left. Would recommend this property to anyone. Good location. Nice amenities. ”
