“The complimentary breakfast is nice. Facilities are well maintained. Kids enjoyed the pool with waterslide a lot.”

“Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort.”

“Everything was great! Chaos and towels to use at the beach! Umbrella came in handy to use at 2step beach; and the cooler was a life saver! We bought ice packs to use, and left them in the cooler for the next guests! Couldn't have been more satisfied with the condo! (Other than maybe a pizza cutter for those buying cheap frozen pizzas for dinner).”

“We had a very pleasant stay in Kona. The apartment was comfortable, well located and a convenient base for exploring the west coast of the Big Island. We especially appreciated the location and the ease of parking. We experienced a couple of maintenance issues during our stay, particularly with the living-room blinds and the bathroom sink drain. “This condo was clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We cooked quite a few meals in the kitchen. The grounds are kept will manicured. The pool & hot tub also very clean. We had a pretty good storm while staying there. The mgmt company stayed in contact throughout wroth updates. They are fantastic to deal with. ”
