“This is an Italian family ski resort hotel, don’t expect anything luxury. The one positive thing was that the have our dog a very nice welcome bag with treats, dog bowl, poop bags, and a bed. That was very much appreciated, but from there the experience went downhill. First of all, even if you’re a guest you have to pay 25€ for the spa and book a time (no more than 45 minutes allowed). Then the restaurant is basically a cafeteria and the food at the buffet doesn’t stay hot… the à la carte menu……

“Great hotel is located on a piazza with various shops, restaurants and facilities, 5 minute walk from the lifts/slopes. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast. Great accommodation and facilities for a fair price.”

“The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... We were moved to the far end of the hotel... and I was still forced to sleep with headphones on. The only saving grace of this hotel is the very nice staff,……

“les chambres sont très petite, la vue sur les toits pas génial, la propreté ça va les pizzas sont bonnes, les petits déjeuners nul sauf le café si vous adorez déjeuner vous serez très déçus l'hôtel est situé en centre ville, c'est sympa malheureusement vous avez vite fait le tour car ce n'est pas grand”
